Billing / Subscription Terms

These Billing / Subscription Terms explain how paid access to CreatorTeam.ai works.

1. Subscription Plan

CreatorTeam.ai currently offers the following paid plan:

• CreatorTeam Basic
• $9 USD per month

We may update pricing or plan structure in the future. Any changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise stated.

2. Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period unless cancelled before the next renewal date.

3. Usage Limits

The paid plan includes:

• 15 thumbnail generations per month
• 3 images per generation

Usage limits reset each billing cycle. Unused generations do not roll over unless we explicitly say otherwise.

4. Payment Processing

Payments and subscription management are handled through Stripe.

By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges based on your selected plan until cancellation.

5. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, access to paid features may be restricted, paused, or removed until the billing issue is resolved.

6. Billing Management

You can manage your subscription, payment method, and cancellation through the Stripe billing portal made available through the app.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You will generally retain paid access until that period ends.

8. Taxes

Prices may be displayed before or after tax depending on your location and applicable Stripe settings.

9. Plan Changes and Service Updates

We may modify pricing, features, limits, or plan structure over time. If we do, we may update these terms and the relevant pricing information on the site.
