CreatorTeam.ai is a subscription-based service that allows users to generate YouTube-style thumbnail images using uploaded reference photos and text prompts.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

  • violate any law or regulation
  • infringe another person's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
  • upload content you do not have the right to use
  • generate illegal, abusive, deceptive, or harmful content
  • interfere with or disrupt the service
  • attempt to bypass subscription, billing, or usage limits
  • reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Your Content

You are responsible for the content you upload, including reference photos, prompts, and any other material you submit.

You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use and upload that content.

5. Generated Output

AI-generated output may not always be accurate, unique, or suitable for your intended purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding how to use any generated images.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you upload.

As between you and us, and to the extent permitted by law and third-party provider terms, you may use the generated outputs created through your account.

We retain all rights in CreatorTeam.ai itself, including the website, code, branding, design, and service features.

7. Subscription and Paid Access

Some features require an active paid subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, renewal behavior, cancellation, and usage limits are described in our Billing / Subscription Terms and Refund / Cancellation Policy.

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep the service available and working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The service may change, be updated, be suspended, or be discontinued at any time.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service or other users, fail to pay, or misuse the platform.

You may stop using the service at any time and may cancel your subscription through the billing portal.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties except those that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
