Refund / Cancellation Policy

This Refund / Cancellation Policy explains how cancellation and refunds work for CreatorTeam.ai.
1. Cancel Anytime
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal.
2. When Cancellation Takes Effect
If you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of your current paid billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until that period ends, unless your account is separately suspended for a policy or billing reason.
3. No General Change-of-Mind Refunds
CreatorTeam.ai does not generally offer refunds for change of mind, unused time, or partial use of a billing period.
4. Refunds Where Required by Law
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer law. Refunds may be provided where required by law.
5. Refunds for Incorrect Billing or Service Failure
We may provide refunds, in whole or in part, in situations such as:
- duplicate billing
- incorrect billing
- billing after cancellation
- material failure to provide the paid service as described
- other cases where a refund is appropriate under applicable law
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact support@creatorteam.ai with:
- the email address on your account
- the reason for the request
- any relevant billing details
We will review the request and respond as soon as reasonably possible.
7. Payment Processor
Refunds are processed through Stripe. The time it takes for refunded funds to appear may depend on your payment method and financial institution.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time by posting an updated version on the site.
